This Privacy Policy explains how Cassells LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the software tools and integrations we operate to provide digital marketing, analytics, and advertising-reporting services to our clients. By using our applications or services, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
Cassells LLC is a digital marketing services company. Our internal applications connect to third-party advertising and analytics platforms (including the Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console) to retrieve performance data for advertising and marketing accounts that we own or that our clients have explicitly authorized us to access.
Information we access and process
Through authorized API connections, our applications may access:
- Advertising account and campaign data — campaign names, ad performance metrics, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related reporting statistics.
- Analytics and search data — website traffic, engagement, and search performance metrics for properties we are authorized to access.
- Business and account identifiers needed to route API requests (such as ad account IDs and business IDs).
We access this data only for accounts that have been explicitly shared with or granted to us by their owners. We do not access personal social media profiles, private messages, or any data beyond what is required to produce marketing and performance reports.
How we use information
We use the data we access solely to:
- Generate advertising and marketing performance reports for the relevant account owner or client;
- Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing activities;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our internal tools.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade the data we access. We do not share it with third parties except: (a) with the account owner or client to whom the data belongs; (b) with service providers that help us operate our tools, under confidentiality obligations; or (c) where required by law.
Data storage and retention
Reporting outputs and any cached data are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, after which they are deleted. Access credentials and tokens are stored in encrypted form.
Data deletion
Account owners and clients may request that we delete data we hold relating to their accounts, or revoke our access at any time through the relevant platform’s settings. To request deletion, contact us at the address below and we will remove the applicable data from our systems.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we access, including encryption of credentials at rest and restricted, least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Third-party platforms
Our use of information received from Meta, Google, and other platforms adheres to those platforms’ applicable Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Those platforms have their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
